我不得不遗憾地告诉Plurk，在中国，有一种东西叫做潜规则。它的定义是，在这个地方，起关键作用的，从来都不是被挂在嘴上、被大张旗鼓宣传的那套规则，而是某些心照不宣的、从来不会付诸正式条文的规则。实际上，被GFW有针对性射杀的网站，只是极少数（尽管它们的绝对数目并不是个小数），绝大多数都是被“误杀”、被株连的。准确的定点清除从来都不是GFW的原则，GFW只要保证，在所有被射杀的网站中，包含它希望射杀的，就够了。比封杀Plurk更激起民愤的封杀，多如牛毛，但GFW的行为，绝不受民愤左右。
